90 degree button depressed.
« on: September 04, 2012, 08:36:20 am »
Has any one had this problem?  My 90 degree button has lost its bubble.  As my thermomix is only just 2 mths old, I'm surprised that I'm having issues already.  Thermomix have offered to replace the panel only and not the whole machine.  I would have preferred them swapping the machine over as I've only had it for such a sort while, now I'll be without my machine for 10 days.  :'(

This is truly no laughing matter but I had a vision of a very sad 90 degree button. :P  Sorry.

I do hope your TMX gets back home soon.

What a bummer, at least with the new panel you TM will be as good as new again. I have had mine for nearly 2 years and had no issues at all (touch wood)

All should be well when the panel is replaced aed, it is the going without which is the biggest problem.  I hope the time goes quickly for you.

I had a veroma party on the sat with my rep, celebrated Fathers day using the thermomix and when I was cleaning the machine its then that I noticed the button.  So I can't tell you really how it happened or when.  Just one of those unlucky things I guess. Thanks for your condolences and hopefully in 10 days time no one or button will be depressed any more!  ;)
