I am happy to join this forum. I bought a thermomix about a month ago and i love it. I have tried different recipes, mainly Spanish cooking but I love Indian food. I got some recipes through this fantastic forum and it came out delicious. I would apprecite any good indian recipes. I will try to post some spanish recipes for you all to enjoy.

hello and welcome to the forum maria, sorry i can not help u with indian recipes i mainly cook italian, but i did make roti bread the other day

Welcome to the forum marial.There is a wonderful Thermomix Indian Cookbook that is available to buy called Fast and Easy Indian Cooking.Don't know if you buy it in Spain but you could try ordering it from

Welcome to the forum. The Indian cook book has yummy recipes but perhaps is not available in Spain?

Hello Marial, welcome to the forum. I would certainly try and get the Indian cook book if I were you. The Butter chicken & tikka paste recipes from the book are posted
