Hello from another newbie

Hi there everyone! I have had my thermie for a couple of months now and am loving it to death. I am in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and am a stay at home mum to three little cherubs - two boys (6 and 4) and a girl (19 months). I have been stalking the forum for a while now so thought it was time to introduce myself. I have been enjoying cooking beautiful meals for my family without all the rubbish that comes with packets and jars! I look forward to getting to know you all.

It's great that you have joined us Silvo, a big welcome to you. What at your children's favourite TMX meals?

So far, Quirky Jo's chicken and brown rice soup is an absolute winner with the kids. They also love homemade pizzas with TM dough, and the honey mustard chicken that was on here somewhere. I am pretty lucky that my kids are good eaters and will eat most things! Last night we had Tenina's soy marinated pork fillet with quinoa tabbouleh - they weren't too keen on the tabbouleh but at least they gave it a go, but they devoured the pork! Anyone keen to share some family favorites for me to try?

Welcome to the forum silvo. The non fried rice is a hit and Maddy's cheese and bacon rolls are better than any you would find in a bakery.

Oh, I have made those cheese and bacon rolls, they are divine. Nothing better than eating those fresh out of the oven. Theynlso freeze really well so are a regular for school and kinder lunch boxes. I keep meaning to try the non fried rice but haven't quite got to it. The pictures of it look delicious.
