Thanks Sue Jen.  The post was meant to make us THINK .  Lot's of wear and tear on this old body. Gert. I do think going to Curves  3 to 4 times a week for years  made me aware of my heart rate. Even though they have closed shop in  Cairns it did do me some good. I now do not do enough exercise. Maybe I should walk to the bottleshop?

Obbie all the Curves are gone now. I used follow going to the one up the road that was inside outside. Even though there ws no air con it was lovely being in the garden with the critters. I do not like Contures which is a Smithfield.

yes, the atherton one is closed too. just walk to the bottle shop, nice and easy..  I just need to walk up and down our driveway, a few times..

Gert my girl, keep yourself well. I do think it is a good idea to walk to Dan Murphy's.  ;) When I saw the first bit on the chit chat page I thought you had a heart attack, it gave me a very big scare. :-* :-* I will not leave home without my ereader or ipad. ;)
