Made these for breakfast this morning . .Used the KA for the eggwhites (but TMX would have done just as well), had frozen blueberries and followed advice from one of the comments to coat them in flour, out of milk but did have some buttermilk left over from the other night  . . .served with maple syrup . . Very simple but very good! .will be doing this a lot more often!!  (Recipe says it makes 12 - but we make big pancakes so only got about eight)

Will have to try this recipe as I make blueberry pancakes for special breakfast but not in TMX.
I serve them with caramelised bananas, maple syrup and marscapone.
