Hello all.
I’ve been lurking on this board for several months now and it’s time I came out! We’re on a Gluten Free/Dairy Free diet here, so getting Timmy and checking out this forum have both made a HUGE difference to our food boredom level! (I can’t tell you how frustrating it has been not to be able to use cheese for a flavour hit – so many recipes use cheese in the non GF/DF recipe books I have!) A current family favourite is TM Impossible Lemon Pie – GF/DF of course. Yum! And we love the EDC Beef Rendang (with a bit of tweaking here and there.)
You’ve all been so generous with your recipes, tips and sense of fun – so a really big Thank You!

Hi JenJan, welcome to the forum after all this time.  It's great when lurkers come on in and join us and reading your second posting, I see what prompted you to join in and impart your knowledge to Gretchen.  Thank you for that, we are a very sharing, caring community here and you fit the bill nicely.  Please do enjoy our recipes.

A very warm welcome to the forum JenJan!  I also read your post to Gert a little while ago - That information you gave was very much appreciated!  Thank you for caring enough to share it with us - especially with Gert - she means a heck of a lot to us and her well being has been on our minds.  Really looking forward to hearing more from you  soon . . . :D
