Great dessert pizza. Cream cheese mixed with honey, topped with stewed apple and a sprinkle of almond meal :)

I made pizza for lunch using leftovers:  Crio Bru Beef Chilli from FFS, Avocado and some of my homemade goat's cheese.  Delicious!

This has been my favourite toppings to date & is so simple

Smoked turkey breast, sliced pear, Camembert, and drizzled with cranberry sauce that I blitzed until smooth.

This has to be one of the most delicious toppings ( especially great to serve with drinks) or as a light meal.

Equal quantities of Gorgonzola, bococcini, mozzarella and smoked provolone. The last time I made it I couldn't get the smoked version but it did not matter. Chop all ingredients in TMX and smear on ready made pizza base. Drizzle with olive oil and cook!

That is so easy but oh so yummy!

Maddy and Chooky, I've copied your photos along with the recipes, they just looked soooo good!

My DD's Hens Night is coming up in February and I've suggested pizzas for tea. I thought I'd have a variety of bases and toppings and people can make their own. I'll have both my machines going.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

I only hope the girls aren't beyond it. We start at 9.30 and head off to a winery some km's away. It's going to be a loooong day!

I thought pizza would be best to soak up the alcohol!

For dessert pizza, I'm going to try Nutella and marshmallows! Might mix a bit of cream cheese with the Nutella. It would only need about 30 seconds on 1, so not sure what sort of base to use. Perhaps a brioche dough, parcooked.

Just flicking through an Italian cookbook and a couple of recipes/toppings jumped out at me:

Balsamic Pizza with Pumpkin & Fetta

Whisk together 1/3 cup balsamic dressing, 2 crushed garlic cloves and 1 egg. Mix into 1 cup sifted SR flour and knead to form a soft dough. Roll out and spread with tomato paste. Fold 10 slices of salami in half, pinching edges tightly. Arrange over pizza and top with 1 cup shaved butternut pumpkin and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. When cooked, crumble 100g soft fetta over pizza and serve.

Red Onion Pizza with Mozzarella

Caramelised red onions: peel and cut 3 red onions into wedges. Melt 60g butter over low-medium heat and add onions, turning occasionally until softened. Sprinkle over 1 tbsp brown sugar and 2 tsp balsamic vinegar and cook for a further minute or until onions are caramelised.

Pizza: Combine 1/3 cup tomato paste and 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar and spread over a prepared pizza base. Top with torn prosciutto, caramelised red onions and pan juices from caramelising onions. Bake at 180 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with mozzarella and allow to stand for a few minutes until cheese is slightly melted.

Pizza Roma with Rocket and Parmesan

Cook 1 small, sliced red onion in 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat until tender. Add 2 crushed garlic cloves, 450g lean beef mince and 6 thin, chopped salami slices. Cook until the mince is browned all over, making sure to break up any lumps. Stir in 140g tomato paste, 2 tsp smoked paprika, 2 tbsp fresh oregano leaves and 4 tbsp water. Set aside to cool.
Prepare pizza base and spoon cooled meat mixture over dough. Top with 3 tbsp pine nuts and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve topped with shaved parmesan and fresh rocket leaves.

Wow, Amy!!  Missed seeing these!!  Have copied and definitely on the to do list - and soon!! :D
