Hi
Can we make rice bran in the thermie and if so does anybody know how. Also soy flour both of these ingredients are for a revipe in the Gluten Free cookbook.

Carole, check out the chart on page 5 of the GF book where it tells you to mill 250g soy beans 1-2 mins/speed 8-9 for cakes, biscuits & breads.

Not sure what rice bran is, do you mean ground rice?  The directions for milling that are on the same page.

I don't think you would be able to make rice bran in the TMX as I think it is a part of the initial milling process when the rice is cleaned and prepared for sale.
