I agree, ouch not nice at all.  Thank goodness she is responding so well to antibiotics.

deedub, the beach always tires the kids out so I'm sure they will sleep well tonight.

Poor wee girl!  Glad the antibiotics are doing the trick.

I've got DD home sick today - just woke up grizzly, pale and tired.  Luckily I managed to get DH to take DS to school, and DD is fast asleep in the lounge.

DD's much improved after her sleep.  She's still not up to a lot - just watching a DVD.  Might have to whip her up a batch of playdough too  8)

Gaah!  DS is sleeping in again.  He is so tired lately!  It's 8.05am and we usually leave at 8.30.  School starts at 8.55am, so no big panic yet, and his bag is packed ready to go, so it's just breakfast & clothes.

I've been in, opened curtains, and been talking away to him, but he's so sleepy.  Is there some kind of growth spurt or hormone change that happens at 6yrs?!?!

Looking forward to a very quiet weekend this week.  And easter break coming up next week.  He can just take it easy (until DH is home, and he can't stand to sit still, so will take them swimming, out for hours of walking or something).

We got there on time.  He just loves school so keeping him home without him being really sick is next to impossible.  It's a shame he's learning to tell the time, or we'd just get him to bed extra early!  ;)

I'm planning some quiet activities for after school.  DD and I have been out and got some googly eyes, so there will probably be some collage & drawing.
We'll do some quiet activities after school.  DD's been tired lately too - we have had a run of busy weekends and lots on.  Soccer is cancelled this weekend though, so nothing at all on.  :)
