School had a power blackout today, so no aircon - 38deg here, poor kids. Took spray bottles with cold water when I went to pick them up.

Poor kids we used to get to go home if it got too hot many years ago when I was at school

DS has gone to work with Daddy.
DD has been helping me in the kitchen, and now we're watching cartoons, both a bit sleepy... :)

Yesterday was parade and ds' class did a hip hop dance.. Sooo cute!!

Today swimming lessons and then lunch and now they are very quoetly watching dvds...

Today there are alot of christmas or carol type events on the coast so may pop out tonight to see them with the kids..

One took off to Tasmania at 5 yesterday for a Soil Science Conference . . . . the other took off at 10 for a week in Poland . . . . (well, they're not really kids I guess . . . ;D ;D)

Wow Poland, I bet it's cold there;D
1 is asleep, 1 is having a swim, 1 is at work and the other has a mate over and apparently 11 year olds don't play they hang ;D

We are off to the train Park today for a Christmas Party organized by the Lyons club, all children under 12 get a present from Santa. The kids love it. DS is ready to go now (still 4 hours to go) ;D
