Fantastic views Hally, we love Hawaii and would live to go back, if only finances would allow more holidays  :) hope your back pain eases up.

Helly have a great time, loved Hawaii but it was so long ago.   Have you tried lying on the floor on your stomach to ease your back, give it ago maybe it will take up to 15 mins but it aways helps if I encounter back pain.

Thank u.

Great night last night. Slept well. Still in pain >:(

Will try the floor, will try anything.

Physio said its repetitive movement that has caused this. Dh thinks its the ipad so using left hand.

Today floating in tubes on waikiki beach.

6.48am, surfers up, looks great.

Love it here, especially the aroma in the air.

That's not good Hally, what a bummer to be on holiday in Paradise and not be able to join in the fun.  Are you going to see a doctor or someone?

Put the iPad away for the rest of the holiday Hally and see if that helps  ;)

I have suffered in the past with shoulder and neck pain and I'm sure it was because of the amount of time I spend on here more so than the lifting I do with DH.  I went to a physiotherapist and after 6 weeks treatment (and no slackening on the computer usage) which included neck & shoulder exercises on a daily basis at home, it cleared up.  The exercises only took a few minutes but it was really hard to find the time to do them  :-))
