What is Bowen treatment? I'd be interested in it! Would it fix bursitis?

Thanks for your help!

I also suffer with bursitis and would love to know more about Bowen treatment.

So glad it is Friday, home alone and loving it, DH is out sailing.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Jen I think Bowen could help you as I had a similar problem with bursitis in my shoulders. My chiropractor relieved this within 4 adjustments using his skill as a chiropractor while using Bowen technique.  I still have ecurrent pain as I have been constantly nursing babies all of my adult life which has given me repetitive strain on left side of my body. I use my massage chair a few times each week and my pain is 90% improved. My assuage chair has been my main source of pain management and relaxation since I purchased my first one 11 years ago. I now ave a new model also which is better than any masseur I have ever had and I have had many. It's totally awesome.

PAP, I am in Yungaburra....

Bowen is a gentle treatment, unlike massage.
Where a series of well timed moves are done, with a set rest time between each.

You lie there and think this is crazy, BUT after learning bowen, I have fixed frozen shoulders, lots of knee problems ect. Most treatments are about 20/30 minutes.  You usually need a couple of treatments a few days apart.

Off to cook, and share.. :)
