I'm glad it is Friday too - DH's night to cook dinner!! (while I love cooking, it is nice to have 1 night off per week!!) I still have to thaw some meat or whatever tho  :-))  :D
Also means the weekend which means DH home from work!  :-*

I sure do Robyn $30.00 each which is cheap for a spray tan in Sydney and mine is an organic tan, so nice and safe  :)

you know I would still try Bowen, it does work, and instant relief, for a half hour treatment, if its a frozen shoulder..

Could get movement back straight away.
Can he move it up far.

Robyn he can use it just hasn't got the range of movement he once had cannot lift it up, I will probably get him to swim first then we can try Bowen, coincidentially one of his friends had frozen shoulder a while back and he said the physio made it worse, the specialist seems to think just swim for now and see how it goes not to do physio to start with  ;)

Another super fast week, not long until we can put our Christmas tree and decorations up  :D

Hey guys, i have ongoing shoulder problems too. I had a few different scans on it...showed I had bursitis of the tendon. I had cortisone injection a few years ago, heaps and heaps of phyiso and osteo and even chinese medicine! ...nothing could fix it. I had to pretty much stop using it (and use my left arm/shoulder for everything) to get any relief. Just lately the pain is coming back again (I think due to have to carry bubs around all of the time)

What is Bowen treatment? I'd be interested in it! Would it fix bursitis?
