Spring Onion Dip

Spring Onion Dip
From Best Recipes

Ingredients

150 g light sour cream 
110 g extra light Philadelphia spreadable cream cheese 
10 spring onions, finely chopped, or to taste 
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, or 1 heaped teaspoon crushed garlic

Method
.
Put spring onions and garlic in to bowl, speed 5, 6 seconds, chop more if necessary
Add sour cream and cream cheese in to bowl,  speed 4, 15 seconds or until combined
Serve with a little spring onion sprinkled on top, with breads, toasts, flat breads or crackers on the side.

Nice, easy quick dip
