Welcome Dilga, you will love your TMX.   i have had mine for 3 years now and use it every day.   Nice place where you live.  I used to visit up there when i was very young.

Welcome to the forum, Dilga! I only just got my tmx, and I agree - it's very exciting!!

You could always do what I did to pass the time - print some recipes, write up a shopping list and get your ingredients ready, so you're all set to get cooking once thermie arrives.

i agree with previous posts. Have all ingredients ready. maybe try to make the veg stock paste early on and stock up on the basic spices. enjoy
