MJ, I would love the Annie Bell book, Gorgeous Desserts if possible.  I have her Gorgeous Cakes book which I bought mainly for the gorgeous photos!  :D

Oh pooh! I thought I had the link sorted.

It's a full sized cook book, like a Women's Weekly one. I've attached the photo. It's got some good recipes, I just find I don't use recipes for casseroles!
