Hally, glad you are back in your happy world.
There are some nice bread recipes in the Spices book :)

Sorry if I confused everyone! I amended my original post to include the link to my bank details, then just reminded everyone where to look after that.

Glad you all found it. Thanks for the payment. They were posted this morning, so hopefully everyone should have them by the end of the week.

I'd love it if you could all let me know when you receive your package. I just don't trust Australia Post!! Too many things go missing...
Posting here is fine, you don't have to pm me.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Do you know  what I love more  than ever.

The 2 gorgeous girls that sent  me books, asked for no payment or anything, they both sent me the books from their hearts & their love knowing that I would use these books, share the recipes & enjoy.

THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH.

Xxx

I have just received my book from Marie - thanks a lot Marie, like the look of it when I had a quick flick through and mentally noted recipes I would be trying.  More time once GS has gone home to really have a read of it. :-* :-* :-*

Ok , its on its 2nd rise. I just couldnt help myself.

1. Dough extremely sticky had to use more flour when playing on bench
2. Never earen  raw dough,  never ever had any interest in eating raw dough
BUT, I could not stop myself, the dough is absolutely delicious :P
3. Meant to free form,  have put in loaf tin & I feared it would spread rather than rise
4.  The long wait,
5. A few concerns as I dd it all in TM.

 :)
