Are the recipes realistic Marie?

Cookie, It concentrates teaching one main recipe which is a Basic country bread dough (sourdough) and from that other recipes develop.  The quantities are based on the bakers percentages, using a total flour of 1kg. It has details and pictures of what the dough should look like etc. and from this dough other recipes are developed.  Such as Olive oil Brioche, English Muffins. Walnut, Sesame, Polenta.  Also recipe for whole wheat (sourdough) bread. Semolina bread containing fennel & sesame seeds. Has some dessert recipes using bread.

You are having a clean out Michele.

I'd love the Australian Quick & Easy Finger Food or the New Casseroles if no-one else wants them please.  Either one would be lovely thanks and of course I'll be at Chookies.  :-* :-* :-*
