Hi,
Can hardly wait for my TMX to arrive tomorrow...havent been this excited for a long time lol...sad eh??lol  Looking forward to a whole new way of cooking as Im sure my DH is as well..after over 30years together a new love of cooking is due lol.  Everyone seems really helpful and full of wonderful ideas...will def. be keeping an eye out...Am sure will I stumble a few times and need a heads up occasionally ..gotta teach this old dog new tricks ;)

Hi ausfurby, welcome to the forum.  It's never too late to get with these fandangled new appliances and show our kids that we too still want to push ourselves to the limit.  You will soon be impressing everyone with an amazing variation of goodies, it's so easy, so quick and so enjoyable to be in the kitchen.
