I thought I would share this recipe as it is so yummy and very easy. I converted it for the Thermomix from
www.taste.com.au110g Raw Sugar
280g Plain Flour
70g Cranberries
90g Raw Almonds
3 Eggs
Preheat oven to 160c.
Place sugar into TM bowl and mill 10 secs, sp 10.
Add all other ingredients and mix 40 secs,
, sp 4.
Knead dough 1 1/2 mins, interval speed.
Turn dough out onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Shape into a log and press along top of log to flatten slightly.
Bake for 30-40 mins, remove from oven and cool.
Cut log into 1/2cm thick slices, place on baking tray and cook for another 12-15 mins until hard and crispy.
