I think I would like to try this recipe but I would probably use a different type of nut because no-one here likes hazelnuts :-)) When SD gets a bag of mixed nuts he feeds the hazelnuts to the dogs!

 ;D i didnt use a  slice tray just a cutting broad then the baking papper very easy 2 ,just wet hands with veg oil and shape

i 1st chopped the choco up then bilzted the sugar with the choco about 4 times

i did taste a tiny bit, its very sweet ,you would love it snappy  ;D

Thanks for bumping this one CC - didn't even know it was on here but another great recipe for our hampers.  I would probably use macadamia nuts too, only because I hate peeling hazelnuts.  I wonder how it would be with milk chocolate, I really don't like dark chocolate.
