Its very sweet JD, i couldnt taste the dark chocolate at all. i am not a fan of dark chocolate

the sugar needs to be cut back by 1/2 IMO

i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Thanks Uni, obviously the amount of nuts would compensate for the fact I don't like dark chocolate.  If you enjoyed it then it must be OK  ;D
