Hi All, My name is Lexy, mum of two energetic small children. I have had my Thermomix for 6 months now and love it. We live on a farm in the country, so shops are not close by and the thermomix has been a god send. Would love to know if anyone has any great recipes for kids lunch boxes besides the ones used in the lunchbox ideas cookbook. :)

Welcome to the forum Lexy! You will find lots of great advice, recipes and friendship on here :D

My mini zucchini, cheese and bacon mini quiches are great warm or cold, so they are a yummy addition to lunchboxes. You can find the recipe here: http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=10413.0

Can't wait to hear more about the fun you have with your thermie :)

Hi Lexy, welcome to the forum.  I can vouch for Amy's zucchini quiches, they are delicious.  Here's another thread where ideas have been discussed.

Welcome Lexy. I am sorry but I am beyond luncbox ideas but I remember anything that looked like  a pie was very desirable or fritters and cold rissoles. Sandwiches were the last resort for my kids.

Hello and Welcome Lexy.  :D
I find my TM great for lunchbox food, have a look in the babies & kids section on here for some ideas. Or another option is to type 'lunchbox' into the search bar at the top of the page, and you will be spoilt for choice - or your kids will!  ;)
Hope that helps.  :)
:D
