I can't decipher it but I'm  on my iPad.

I'll have a look on my computer when I get home.

Hally you could separate it into serving sizes and add sultanas or  bananas and leave overnight. It tastes lovely.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

It's years since I made this H but I remember it being delicious.
Fudge and Walnut Creams (from The Food Aid Cookery Book)
275g whipping cream
275g natural yoghurt ( not set variety)
4 heaped tablespoons soft brown sugar
50g roughly chopped walnuts
Whip the cream until nicely thickened. Then fold in the yoghurt with a spoon until blended evenly.
Spoon the mixture into 4 wine glasses.Sprinkle a heaped tablespoon of brown sugar onto the top of each glassful of mixture.
Pop them into the fridge overnight.Next day the sugar will have melted into a fudgy layer on the top.
Sprinkle with nuts before serving.
