Dede I don't remember if it was the boot camp I started on the same day as giving up smoking, but I felt sick as a dog on day 1 and 2. I was a mess on the couch all day. It's good to feel like that anyway as there is less chance of you succumbing. Give yourself a pat on the back for being good today.

You are doing so well - keep it up - you know that we are all here to help you, but you are so 'psyched up' to succeed now that it will be a breeze (perhaps with a few hard times to battle, but you are ready to face those challenges). You are strong, you will do it.

I'm a bit worried about this giving up smoking as so far it's been really easy
, I'm waiting for the big slap in the face with a major withdrawal. But so far so good

Dede, it is so great that it is so far easy for you, maybe it is going to be easy, I hope so, you hear from all sources that it is hard and you get frightened to even try, how are your friends going.?.

My sister is finding it easy as well, my friend is finding it a lot harder fighting the cravings , and my BIL is also finding it difficult and eating lots lol.
And DH has already gone through the hard parts and was still smoking 1 every couple of days and has now stopped completely so is finding it quiet easy now.
So so far no one has crumbled (I think) lol
