That is superb ... when you put it down in statistics like that it really brings home where you have been and where you are going.  Just think about it, what good would all those cigarettes have done you had you smoked them ... NONE AT ALL, instead, look at all the benefits you have gained in your (almost) first month of not smoking.  Well done!

4 weeks as a non smoker. I think I'm quiet confident to say I'm no longer a smoker. And that I have succeeded in kicking the habit. ;D
