I have heard that your taste bud return and your sense of smell ( only good smells) improves too, have you noticed this, if you have already answered this sorry, missed it.

Thanks everyone, yes I am proud of myself for getting this far. Will be even happier when I reach 1 month smoke free. I still have cravings at times. But still not to bad. And certainly not enough to start me smoking again
The kids often asked me to stop smoking, and now I have finally did it.
My DH, Sister and brother in law have also all succeeded in staying smoke free. And my friend has cut down from 30 a day to about 3 a day. Eventually she will throw them for good. So we are all doing really well.
