I just saw on TV that there is a QUIT app now, do you think that might help dede?

There are quiet a few quit smoking apps I have found, I downloaded heaps of free ones, I went through them and deleted all the ones I thought were useless. I'm still doing well with cutting down. Quit day is not far away now :)

Today is my last day as a smoker ;D
There are 5 of us all quitting together. Was nice to buy my last pack of smokes yesterday.

good Luck Dede. Just think ofthe lasting affect on both yourself and what a great role model for your kids and don't forget all those things you will be able to do with all the extra money.
