Autumn Recipes
« on: September 04, 2008, 01:23:31 pm »
Does anyone have any Autumn recipes to share? Recipes to warm our bones u, during the Autumn months? Unfortunately the darker season is creeping upon us.

Many thanks in advance

How about tripe curry     ???   http://thermomix-er.blogspot.com/2008/08/thermomix-tripe-curry.html

Sorry, probably not everybody's cup of tea, but I'll post it.

On a serious note - there are plenty of recipes in websites from Italy, France, Spain, Germany & Netherlands that some members could convert (with appropriate acknowledgement for original  ;) )  and post for us less able to interpret.

I will do my best to find useful recipes for the forum.

Cheers

I will try putting a couple together over the next few days, but in the meantime, check out  Rick's blog   for some recipe ideas such as   Chestnut Soup     Mushroom Sandwiches   and your own autumnal variations of    savoury custards

I have posted a Chestnut and Mushroom risotto  HERE .

The chestnuts may be late Autumn or early Winter, but you could do the mushroom risotto without them?
