Hi ACW. Do you think this would work with fresh figs? I have a while bowl to use they are the green ones Adriatic figs I believe is the variety

Chookie....I think the flavour really does improve over time 
I made up a cheese board over weekend, and it was Scrummy, it's been in the freezer since Dec.
These logs really do taste like Christmas

Uni, it was from Woolies (couldn't even find dried figs at Coles)
