Hi ACW. Do you think this would work with fresh figs???? I have a while bowl to use they are the green ones Adriatic figs I believe is the variety

Chookie....I think the flavour really does improve over time  :)
I made up a cheese board over weekend, and it was Scrummy, it's been in the freezer since Dec.
These logs really do taste like Christmas  :-*

Uni, it was from Woolies (couldn't even find dried figs at Coles)



.....and I rolled the logs in extra finely chopped pistachios before freezing.
