My HMP comes with a blunt blade as their standard package. I wonder if I need a sharp blade $200++ each for grinding cinnamon sticks or grains?
I never owned a TMX so i wonder how long does it take to grind wheat or spelt to fine powder consistency when you're using your TMX? I followed speed 10 with 2 min and found my wheat (250g) still coarse and need further 1 min of speed 10 of work. Cinnamon sticks never as fine and rice grain size of the cinnamon stick still present after minutes of grinding
Any thermomixer owners have tried both machines please share your thoughts with me.
