Hi Jo and welcome to the forum. Wow 4 years is a long time to wait. Enjoy cooking up a storm when the weather is milder. :)

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on two fronts Thermie and new baby,  a good thing with the Thermomix is that it doesn't,t heat up the kitchen like an oven does, but in 40 degs who wants hot food anyway.

Hi Jo and welcome to the forum.  I'm with you - 40o is not eating weather and ice-creams/drinks/salads are more to my liking.  Have fun when you do get lower temps though.  After 4 years you must be so pleased to finally have your Thermomix.

Hi Jo and welcome!
Have you tried Fruity Dream from the EDC? It's a very yummy sorbet type treat,  great for a 40oC day!
