I received this lovely pepper mill in the mail yesterday from CC's DH, made by him as a thank you present for showing CC a good time whilst in Adelaide.  I've had so much trouble finding a pepper mill that grinds the corns as finely as I would like, my cupboard is full of different types but none of them have done the job for me.  This is amazing, it grinds to perfection, is simple to use and refill and is made from English oak with Italian ceramic workings which are guaranteed for 25 years - in other words, it will outlive me  ;D  Now that it has made it through customs without being confiscated I am told there is a salt grinder to finish off the set about to come my way - this is made from Ash.

Thank you CC and DH, I am indeed honoured to receive these beautifully crafted items  :-* :-*
