That's sensible Frozzie. How are things going with your dad? Are the kids settling into their new life ok?
That's a while now that you have been living with your foks. How's the job hunt coming along?

No news re jobs.. 4 mths now we have been here.. 3 for dh arrghh syd job still ongoing so still hoping..dad is the same but we have all ganged up on him a bit so he is quieter but still can't help himself.. Not pleasant but that's life.. Don't know I will ever forgive him for making things that much harder.its been a hard couple of mths... We spend all our time downstairs by ourselves hoping to get a break soon.. The kids have school and kindy so that's good for them..

Oh no Frozzie what a shame. I guess at least you have downstairs to yourselves but still not good. Fingers crossed things will change for you soon. Good to hear the kids are settling in and things will only get better when you ave your own home. Sydney sounds good

I have just booked a room for CC and myself.  Had a problem trying to book it through the link though as it wanted to give us a king size bed to share.  Now as much as I like CC, I'm sure she wouldn't want to sleep with me 

For others wanting to share a room, this is what you need to do. Ring (08) 8206 8888, ignore all the instructions about pressing this number or that and stay on the line to speak to a person. Request to be transferred to 'in-house reservations'.  Here it was easy to explain to the lovely Bailey about our group booking and she arranged our room for me with 2 separate beds.

So CC we are booked in for 3 nights from Thurs 15th Aug, booking out on Sunday 18th August.  All up  (which includes the additional cost of $25 for breakfast for the second person) is $210 per night.  Bring your bathers, we might have to have a dip in that spa
