Now we are going international !! Sounds like one to eat with the fingers ?

Link JD for Ugali http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ugali and some more about Sakuma Wiki http://www.congocookbook.com/meat_recipes/sukuma_wiki.html

Certainly something for our winter months.

;D  The idea was that I'd post a TMX recipe for ugali at the same time.  However, it failed miserably (despite the fact that I did it perfectly last week?!?), so I deleted the posting.  Will post the correct TMX recipe next time I do it.  In the meantime, you can find the usual recipe at http://www.recipezaar.com/Ugali-140779

Also, for anyone who is learning to convert recipes, you might want to see the recipe for Sukuma Wikki I converted from here http://www.recipezaar.com/Sukuma-Wiki-2-207540

I have a friend who is married to an African and would like a recipe for the "ugali" or African dumplings.  Can you please help me?

Thanks, Wonder. I was also wondering if that had been tried on the TMX.
