need some ideas to use dehydrated berries
was thinking of grinding them up and using in powder form for cakes and drinks
they are pretty sour

Could you put them on chocolate bark so that the chocolate would counteract the sourness?

Tenina has a recipe for Chocolate Cherry Brioche in FFS using dried cherries so I would imagine using dried berries in place of the cherries might work.
There's a recipe in the
UK Thermomix newsletter
May 2011 for Seedy, nutty flapjacks in which you could use your dried berries.

What type of berries are they.? I am concerned that if they are , say, blackberries with lots of seeds they may be gritty when ground.

they are blackberries,raspberries and mixed berries
the blueberries are nice i wont do anything with them
