Had to make my own birthday cake...

But I don't really mind because I like to cook! Just don't like to clean up, but no-one here does it thoroughly enough for my standards so I end up doing that too!

Made the magic bean cake. Am hoping my chocolate loving, wont eat anything unless it's chocolate, bread or meat fussy autistic nephew will eat it. He needs to put on some weight. I've looked after him for the past two days and he is wearing me (and my iPad) out!

Just put it in front of him PT and watch him get stuck into it.
