Insert butterfly 1 min sp 4

Can I suggest a dash of Lime juice to give it a really good zing.

I meant a dash for each glass. You need more for a jug. (say a dessertspoon full per person) It makes a huge difference IMHO

I had the family in for dinner so I made up a batch of Pina Colada's in my TM31:

500g Ice
150g Sugar
500ml Pineapple Juice
180ml Coconut Milk (or Cream)
270ml White Rum Bacardi
180ml Malibu or Wipeout
Dessicated coconut to to decorate glasses.

Place Ice and Sugar in TMX, blitz 5-10 for 2 minutes.
Add Pineapple Juice, Coconut Milk, White Rum, and Malibu and mix 5 seconds speed 3
Wet rims of glasses with water, put upside down on a saucer with coconut on to decorate.

Made enough for 5 of us to have 2 glasses each and they were looking for more. Next time I will cut the sugar back to 100g as 2 (incl. me) thought it was a bit too sweet.

It's certainly drink weather and this obviously went down really, really well with the family Ted.
