That's the one Kim. It has some great recipes that I am yet to try. We all purchased at ABC shops.

Try them online Kim - this was back just after Christmas that they were on sale for $10.00.
If you can't find it at $10.00, I bought 3 copies, 1 for my friend, 1 for me and 1 because they were such good value and put away for a gift. Happy to pass it on to you.  :D

You will love it Kim.
So far from this book I have made:

Spaghetti with ricotta, prosciutto and pesto page 041. We loved it. Had Parmesan on top.
Stir fried sesame chicken with noodles. Loved it. I cooked the noodles in the thermothingy.  Page 082
Chicken and haloumi sausages. Loved them. Page 114
Pan fried chicken with lemon and crisp prosciutto. Lovely. Page 152.
Thai red beef and bom choc curry. Delicious. Page 208.
Chickpea and vegetable casserole. Loved it. I didn't have Harissa paste so didn't use it. Page 228.
Barbecued chicken, haloumi and green olive salad. This was beautiful. Page 240.
Italian potatoes. Great. Page 283.
Spanish Chicken and Chorizo Braise   Page 204

I'll add to this as I go.

Cookie, I really shouldn't, but after reading your post those dishes sound delicious.  Now to find the abc shop.  LOL
