One of the books that I received for Christmas is Hugh Fearnley- Whittingstall's River Cottage Veg Everyday.
Judy and Katie have converted a couple of his recipes. These are the ones we've had from the book and my comments.
Chard ( I used spinach) and new potato curry. This was lovely.
Spinach, Penne and Cheese Spouffle. Yum yum.
Lettuce ( I used spinach), spring onion and cheese tart. Lovely.
Courgette and rice fill pie. Great.
Chilli, cheese and rosemary polenta with tomato sauce. Very nice. These bake best in the oven.
This is the Chard and potato curry. I served it with rice.
