It was most likely me kt2 as I called a few times before someone finally answered :)
I got them Hally and picked up a pressure cooker book down from 40 to 12 dollars. kt2 I got the Valli Little  one too  :)
It's Quick and Easy Pressure cooker which is better than the silly little booklet that came with the machine.
Still want the AWW and Suzanne Gibbs PC books. But 12 dollar one will start me off although in this heat hot food not appealing.

Went into Metalicus and saw a top I liked down from $129 to $79. Thought about it then on the way back to the car GD 16 told me I should buy it. Went back took it to the counter and it scanned at $39 so I bought another one in a different colour so got 2 for $78.  ;DVery happy  :D

This is when I appreciate aircon and couldn't be without it GF.
Don't know it's hot until I step into the garage or go out the front door and it's like opening the oven door when it's on high heat fan forced  :o
Way too hot to be comfortable

Great shopping MF :)

Love metallicus too :)

We have no air con in the holiday unit >:(

Rang around a few places today to have lunch in air con.

Were originally seated in an area where the air con didnt reach, complained & we were all set up in the pruvate dining room where we stil are & its lovely & cool. Great service.

Some man came in & complained his area wasnt as cool as ours. Going to tip the lovely lady $20 for moving us, turned an uncomfortabe lunch into a lovely lunch.

We have to leave soon, been here 3 hrs :o boys are good & we are all cool, & to top that our bill was under $200 :o :o :o

Miss our refridgerator air con at home :)

 :)

You were so lucky getting moved  to a private room Hally  :) It has been extremely hot here in Perth nd today the hottest  >:(
Yes refrigerated air con is the way to go for sure.  :D
Have you got evaporative cooling in the unit or nothing?
Do you get the sea breeze coming in?
Yes shopping was good and Metalicus a real bargain for me.
Saw a lovely pair of heels in nine west but had no time to try as GD 16 had to be home to shower and change to go to work poor love .
They will still be there on Thursday  ;D
Where did you end up for lunch?

I bought this book today. I still haven't reviewed my Christmas books but that is a work in progress.
This book What's for Dinner by Michele Curtis looks excellent. It seems to cover everything. It's a soft cover book, has 296 pages and photos for each recipe.
It has sections on soups, pasta, rice, stir fries, on the grill, on the stove, in the oven, one pots, salads and desserts. The blurb says it has over 220 recipes with more than 50 variations. There is also an extra section for sides, sauces and dressings.
I haven't made anything from it yet, but will do so in the next menu plan. (Wednesday).
For $10 at the ABC shop I think I have a bargain.
Had to do a bit of ringing around to get the book yesterday. Have the book on hold in Perth will be going into the city tomorrow to pick it up, if anyone want me to get them a copy let me know, they have a few copies left.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

I'd love one Jen, even with postage it has to be cheaper than I've seen anywhere on line.  If you can get me one, great - if they are all sold by the time you get there, no problems  ;D
