I received several cookbooks for Chrissy. The one I cooked for on Christmas Day was The Revive Cafe Cookbook. It's a vegetarian cookbook from the cafe by the same name in Auckland.

I made Neatloaf for Christmas day and it was lovely and am cooking meatless meatballs tonight.

Hi CC I have a Mary Berry Book that is about 25 years old and I still refer to it she is a real legend. Not sure if I have seen that book here in Australia.

I love Mary Berry too GHM ;D Shall I say I have a few of her cookery books  :-)) :-))  I was fortunate  to attend a couple of her cookery classes at her home in Penn.A friend who owns an Aga asked me to go along with her on the courses, how could I say no :D :D :D  Mary is now retired from those cookery classes, she has handed the business over to her prodigy  Lucy Young.Lucy's cookery books are very good too ;D

I wonder what book you will buy Amy, cant' wait to hear.

I love Mary Berry too and I have a couple of books from the Great British Bake Off.  How wonderful you went to a couple of her cooking classes CC.

I actually received a Mary Berry cookbook for Xmas - Mary Berry's Desserts.

I also received:
The Fabulous Baker Brothers (Tom & Henry Herbert)
Hugh's Three Good Things on a Plate (Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall)
Jamie's 15 Minute Meals
Alyce's new Low Carb TMX cookbook
What Katie Ate (I had to have this book!)

And my SS Trudy gave me Grace's Sweet Life, a book on Italian desserts by Grace Massa Langlois.  Not someone I'd heard of before, but it looks like a great book.  She has a blog which I've spent a lot of time browsing since receiving the book  :)

I also received What Katie Ate as well as Nigella's Christmas, Rachel Allen's Entertaining At Home  and Jamie's 15 minute Meals.
Have to be honest DIL gave me Jamie's Book as she knows I had looked at it and said no way would I buy it!!!
It was my SS joke gift and it did make me laugh.  ;D
DD 2 may take it off my hands if not I will give it to her MIL to take back to Zimbabwe as these items are very expensive over there so somebody will get good use out of it.
