Very favourite recipe
«

I live in the Uk and am hoping to buy a Thermomix in the near future - just got to have a demo sorted out. I'd really like to hear if anyone has a very favourite recipe to be made in their TM? I am looking for first time, reliable recipes to make whilst I get used to using mine. Thanks so much.

I would make some Vegetable stock concentrate first. It is used in many recipes where stock is need. This
recipe
is different to the one printed in the Fast and Easy Cookery Book which contains cheese. The Fast and Easy Cookery is supplied with your TM.
If you tell us what you like cooking we will point you to some reliable recipes

This
list of favourites from one of our members CP is brilliant - you will find most people's favourite recipe listed there. It's a handy go-to-place for lots of great recipes and saves you searching for your own.

What fun you are about to have.!!! My favorite recipe is the last one i have made, be it someone else recipe or one i have converted.
Today it was Flummery
, yesterday it was flat bread rolls, and before that Quinoa Sushi. There is so much variety, YOU have to decide what you like to cook. and then look at recipes already here. After that you may like to have a go at converting recipes to make in the TMX. Have fun.

Chookie that could be my problem. I change favourites almost daily. Or sometimes my new favourite is the one I am making, in the hope it will turn out.

Quirky Cooking's 'fried' rice
is fairly failsafe and a good way to start using the Varoma

Thanks so much for all your suggestions. I can see I shall be busy. Before I forget, what is "ILB" chocolate cake and "Bafs" Chicken? Is this some sort of code I have to learn? Forgive my ignorance please. I'll catch up, I promise.
I am a fanatic about entertaining, especially quick and easy starters and main courses that I can make beforehand. I also love things like pannacotta and any type of sauce, sweet and savoury.

ILB and Baf are names of forum members who posted / wrote those recipes. Those particular recipes (and most others from the forum) are not in a cookbook and are only found here on
www.forumthermomix.com
ILB = ILoveBimby and Baf =Baf65
If you are looking for the recipe sometimes it helps to know who posted the recipe as it makes it easier in the search results
