Thermolicious App
« on: January 04, 2013, 12:52:53 pm »
Hi ,
Is anyone using the Thermolicious App available for iPad.

I bought my daughter one of the Kogan ThermoBlends for Christmas (sorry for saying bad words,  I just can't afford a TM and wanted her to be able to make some of the stuff I talk about) and she is using it.
Seems to be working out well for her.  She is whipping up some pretty yummy sounding things.

I don't think it is the same Thermolicious as on the forum  :)

Doesn't seem to be available for Android tho  :(

Hadn't seen the app before, I'd be happy to know a bit more about it before paying €6 for it.

I contacted them and they 'are working on' a version for the Android.
You can sample some of the recipes etc on their Pinterest pages at  https://pinterest.com/thermolicious/

Has anyone bought this? I am seriously considering it and would love to know what others have thought of it.
Thanks DG x

The reviews are not wonderful and it is too expensive for what it is  in my opinion.  The reviews that paradise it reek of phoniness.

I've just bought this app and I'm not too sure about it. It is nicely presented and generates a shopping list. There are not many recipes and some are the same as the EDC. Maybe they will add recipes over time.

Wouldn't waste my money buying this app, one review said the recipes were the same as in the TM book, I get enough recipes for here to keep me going for years.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

I would not be too sure about that as Vorwerk will come down on them like a ton of bricks if they are publishing recipes from the EDC.

I've just looked at Paste e fagioli and the beetroot salad and they're near enough to be from the same recipe.
