TAT, reduce the water to 450 mls, just bung all the sauce ingredients into the TMX bowl, zap to mix the cornflour, set TMX, 10 mins, 100 speed 4. Cook with cap out. I have reduced the water as you don't get the same evaporation with the TMX.TAT, did you get my message ? I have been doing some strange things on the Computer lately.Love your Blog.
