Chicken Katsu:Serves 4:Ingredients:Chicken breasts to serve 4
Breadcrumbs
Egg
Flour
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mirin or dry sherry
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons sugar
Preparation:Use the breadcrumbs, eggs and flour to crumb the chicken. Shallow fry.
Place all other ingredients into bowl. Cook until it reaches 100 degrees on speed 1 or 2.
