Chicken Katsu

Chicken Katsu:
Serves 4:
Ingredients:
Chicken breasts to serve 4
Breadcrumbs
Egg
Flour
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mirin or dry sherry
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons sugar

Preparation:
Use the breadcrumbs, eggs and flour to crumb the chicken. Shallow fry.
Place all other ingredients into bowl. Cook until it reaches 100 degrees on speed 1 or 2.

When you say tomato sauce, do you mean ketchup or like a pasta tomato sauce?

Thanks cookie, I will be trying it out soon though I imagine. I have too young mouths that won't eat it, they don't like sauces.
