Hi, Im a new Aussie Thermi User living in Italy, Lots of my Aussie friends have raved about Thermi and convinced me to get one.  Im getting started, however my recipe book is in Italian and my reading skills in Italian are not sooo crash hot. Can anybody help out a poor Aussie with some easy to get started recipes to build up my confidence

Hi jojoqueen, welcome to the forum  My best advice would be to check out CP's favourite list of recipes so far - these are tried and true and there is a great variety for you to try there.
When you start doing some of the Italian recipes (perhaps with the help of your new friends in Italy) it would be great if you could share some of your favourites with us.  Love Italian cooking  :)

Hello Jojoqueen and welcome to the forum. You'll have a ball on here! Sorry I can't help with translating your recipes, I only did 2 years of Italian class in school and that was a few years ago now ;D

Hi, and congratulations on you TMX purchase!  You will have so much fun.
There is just SO MUCH great food on here - I do use my cookbook for a few things, but actually so much more straight from this forum.
I just vaguely decide what I want to make, or put a couple of key ingredients in the search box.

I like your username too - my kids call me Jojo when we are around other kids (when other people are calling me Jo, they think they can too  :-)) )

Welcome to the forum. You will find that there are lots of recipes on here to help you along.  As CC mentioned farfallina's blog is wonderful too.
