Hello all
I am back again after moving from Christchurch to Wellington after the earthquake. I know I have been very lazy at posting recipes etc but I have been trying the recipes posted by all you thermomixers. Just wonderful. I still love my thermomix can cannot live withoput it.
We have just purchased a large house and we are thinking of turning it into a Bed and Breakfast so my thermomix will be working a great deal.
Take care all

Hi melcocnyers! And a very warm welcome back! Sounds like you've been through quite a bit so I do hope life is evening out for you. That's a lovely idea for a B&B - if that comes to fruition your tmx will be invaluable!! Let's know how you're getting on . . . Good luck!

A warm welcome back to the forum Mel. I was in Christchurch just after the earthquake so was able to see first hand the damage that was inflicted. So many lives have been uprooted since this, so it's extra special to have you back with us.

Welcome back Mel!
So glad you've settled down again after the devastating time you must have gone through. Good idea to do B & B!
