Strawberry Champagne - Quick Fix in the Thermomix
« on: January 18, 2013, 09:02:32 am »
I really liked this and would make again for sure.

I juiced Pink Lady apples to get the apple juice and I sieved out the raspberry seeds before pouring into the little ice cube moulds.

They are nice to just eat on their own, the mixture would be lovely made into icy poles.

I put a couple into a glass of bubbly (just to try of course)    ;D

Thanks Maddy.  I have a jar of those lotus flowers that someone gave me, but have never opened it, they just didn't appeal at all.  :D

I am imagining how lovely this would be.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
