Hi cowley and welcome to the forum. Congrats on ordering your TM, I know the wait can feel like forever, (mine was a 10 day turnaround time), but I used that time to search for recipes on here and a couple of other places in preparation for the big day :)
Also stocked my pantry with a few items...it really did help to pass the time.....the TM is a great invention, hope you will enjoy yours

I know exactly how you feel.

Hi and welcome, hope your TM arrives real soon.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

TY. This is what I made today. Garlic foccacia and sausage rolls. And it was nice not having to put my hands in the sausage mince mix lol. The foccacia I just made from the recipe on the packet of baking flour I bought. I am not one for following recipes usually and I didn't have any trouble adapting this recipe to the thermie.

Of course the foccacia was gone five minutes after the teenagers got home from school. The sausage rolls are going in the lunchbox so I have been guarding them. I made more than whats in the picture.

Tomorrow I have consultant training but Friday I am thinking of making a cheesecake. I have never made one in my life but I am feeling so inspired now.

Oh and we had mashed potatoes and pumpkin last night and everyone loved it, with steamed veges in the varome.

It's so exciting isn't it.
